Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for Scheduling Coordinator to join us. 

The role is responsible for turning performance schedules into General Schedules which break down the hourly activity in all theatres and ancillary spaces. This includes balancing activity across the whole building, communicating logistics, ensuring efficiency and that activities can coexist. 

The successful candidate will have the following:  

  • Good knowledge of the theatre making process 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • An understanding of technical theatre terminology 

  • Ability to remain calm in negotiation 

  • Experience in Excel 

  • A strong mind for logistics
