Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us. 

The successful candidate will work closely with members of the Marketing Campaigns team to ensure the delivery of sales for live South Bank shows, through a combination of nurturing the existing customer base while also growing a diverse range of new audiences. This role is also directly responsible for the marketing strategy of the Learning department and its wide range of nationwide projects.   

Additionally, and through the line management of the Marketing Officer and Marketing Assistant, the Senior Marketing Manager will have a broader oversight of key business areas such as Access, Development and Enterprises. 

The successful candidate will have the following:  

  • Significant and varied experience of marketing ticketed events, ideally within the arts, heritage and/or live entertainment sectors 

  • Experience of using data and audience insight to inform decision-making and measure impact 

  • Experience of line managing at least one member of a team in the workplace 

  • A high level of initiative with collaborative and confident communication skills 

  • A passion for theatre and/or the performing arts
