Scenic Construction Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Scenic Construction Project Coordinator to join us. 

The Scenic Construction Project Coordinator will work alongside the Head of Construction, the Head of Carpentry and Metal Fabrication, and the Head of Scenic Art to oversee the day to day running of the Carpentry, Metal Fabrication and the Scenic Art workshops. This will involve chairing construction meetings, driving forward sustainable working practices, and striving to meet Theatre Green Book standards. It will also include the administration and tracking of accurate costings, schedules, budgets, and the management of stock across the workshops.   

The successful candidate will have: 

Significant and relevant experience working in scenic construction or production; project management experience and keen interest in sustainability 

  • Good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety 

  • Keen interest in sustainability 

  • Previously worked with other technical and production departments 

  • Experience of project management within the entertainment industry 

  • Experience of managing budgets
