Senior Producer - Digital Media (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Senior Producer (Maternity Cover) to join our Digital Media department. 

The Senior Producer reports directly to the Head of the Content Production Studio, managing the workflow and providing strategic oversight of the video content production for departments across the entire National Theatre. This role will require a creative mind, adept at making short-form content, who can work with a diverse range of stakeholders to formulate a vision, generate ideas and see this through the production and post-production process. The Senior Producer both creates and oversees the delivery of content across the organisation including material produced for a number of commissioning departments, such as Marketing, Press, Learning, Development, National Theatre Productions and others. The Senior Producer oversees both internal and external teams to ensure work is delivered on time, in budget and to a high standard. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Significant content production experience 

  • A comprehensive and up to date understanding of content formats, delivery and workflow 

  • Demonstrable ability to work strategically, to have oversight of a broad range of projects and the appropriate use of support resources to ensure their successful delivery 

  • Ability to produce high quality video content, as evidence by a showreel or examples of past work 

  • The ability to lead and manage a team to successful outcomes with previous line management experience 

Please note candidates will also be required to submit a showreel or links to three pieces of work they have been responsible for.
