Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us. 

The Senior Marketing Manager sits within the South Bank Marketing team. This is one of three Marketing teams that sit within Audiences & Media; the directorate also encompasses Box Office, Digital Media (National Theatre at Home, NT Live and the Content Production Studio), Press, Communications, the Data Studio and the Graphic Design Studio.

The individual will collaborate with teams from across South Bank operations to execute impactful and engaging audience campaigns to drive sales, engagement and reach, through a combination of nurturing the existing customer base while also growing a diverse range of new audiences.

The role works working closely to support other key business areas including Learning, Access, Development (corporate partnerships) and Enterprises (food and drink, retail).

The successful candidate will have the following:   

  • Extensive experience of marketing ticketed events, ideally within the arts, heritage and/or live entertainment sectors
  • Experience of using data and audience insight to inform decision-making and measure impact
  • Experience of line managing at least one member of a team in the workplace
  • A high level of initiative with collaborative and confident communication skills
  • Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships
