Individual Giving Manager

We have a new role in our Development team for an experienced Individual Giving Manager.

The Development Department is the fundraising function of the National. Its aim is to raise essential funds for the theatre from individuals, corporations and charitable trusts and foundations to enable the Theatre to carry out its mission and plan for the future. 

The Individual Giving team play a key part in our Development Department, managing memberships from £80 to £12,000 per annum, as well as appeals and legacies. The team of seven has an annual target of £4.5m.

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for raising philanthropic income from our audiences.  This includes visitor giving, appeals, campaigns, events and legacies. The successful candidate will engage with the artistic and learning programmes to maximise non-membership income, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.

If you have significant experience in a fundraising capacity, specifically of high level individual giving and soliciting gifts at £6,000 and above, we would love to hear from you.
