We are looking for  an Assistant to the Director of People & Culture to join the National Theatre's People and Culture team.  

The Assistant to the Director of People and Culture will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s schedule, supporting strategic project delivery, and coordinating the department’s business planning cycle.

The successful candidates will have the following:  

 

  • Experience of managing multiple priorities using organisational and time management skills. 
  • Experience of preparing clear communications and documents and the processing of messages and information. 
  • Experience supporting project delivery and business planning processes. 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a flexible approach to changing priorities. 
  • Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
