We are looking for a Schools Programmes Administrator to join the National Theatre Learning team.
The purpose of the role
This new role will provide vital administration for the schools’ programmes across NT Learning. Working closely with the Learning Administration Manager, the post will be a key conduit between these programme teams, ensuring consistency in processes and enabling key links across these programmes to be made and utilised. The work produced in this role will help facilitate efficient delivery of these programmes, as well as feeding into broader reporting and financial systems the department works to.
The post holder will need to be capable of working with detail and efficiency across multiple projects throughout the year, so being a team player with excellent communication skills is crucial. The variety of projects covered within this role make it an exciting and challenging post to make your own. The role is part of the Learning Operations team.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with efficiency to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with large quantities of data.
- The ability to prioritise tasks within competing work demands.
- Experience of working and communicating with schools and teachers.
- Experience of using database packages (expertise gained in using the Tessitura database and Airtable system would be especially welcomed but not essential).
- The ability to work on own initiative showing a proactive approach to work.
