We are looking for a Assistant Project Coordinator to join the National Theatre Estates Capital Projects Team.


The purpose of the role


This role will assist the Estates Capital Projects team in co-ordinating the planning and on-site delivery of Estates capital and infrastructure projects for the National Theatre, whilst ensuring that the projects have minimal impact on day to day operations.  Projects may include, but are not restricted to, construction, infrastructure, fit out, decant and associated on-site and company logistics. 


The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly via written emails and in person with all levels in a professional and friendly manner. 

  • Experience of keeping accurate records such as minute taking.

  • A highly motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative and effectively with individuals and as part of a team.

  • Experience of having an analytical approach to such situations which informs decision-making.

  • A flexible and agile approach such as ability to adapt to changing situations and respond accordingly.
