We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join the National Theatre Capital Projects Team.
This role will assist the Estates Capital Projects team in co-ordinating the planning and on-site delivery of Estates capital and infrastructure projects for the National Theatre, whilst ensuring that the projects have minimal impact on day to day operations. Projects may include, but are not restricted to, construction, infrastructure, fit out, decant and associated on-site and company logistics.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly via written emails and in person with all levels in a professional and friendly manner.
- A highly motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative and effectively with individuals and as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and respond accordingly.
- Good planning and methodical approach and the ability to manage a workload with varying deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills.
