We are looking for a Customer Services Supervisor to join the National Theatre Bookshop Team.

Purpose of the role:

 

As a Visitor Engagement & Operations Customer Service Supervisor, you will be at the core of our front of house experience, ensuring we provide a first-class welcome to all. You will exemplify high standards of customer service and demonstrate strong leadership skills, whilst also performing administration duties such as stock handling and cashing up.

 

Managers and Supervisors working within Enterprises are expected to lead, support, coach and motivate their team to help build and deliver the vision for the National Theatre. They will facilitate effective communication within the team and play a leading, proactive role in the development of staff and teams, leading by example at all times.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Evidence of supervising a team in a busy retail environment
  • Evidence of delivering impeccable personalised customer service
  • Evidence of motivating a team to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge and passion for theatre and books
  • Evidence of working independently and self motivation
