We are looking for a Development Operations Assistant to join the National Theatre Development Team on a Fixed Term Contract until Mid-December.

 

The purpose of the role

 

The Development Operations Assistant will provide operational support for the National Theatre’s Development (fundraising) Department. The role will ensure the smooth-running of the Development office by fostering a positive working environment, supporting the seamless induction, and onboarding of team members, collating information and images from across the organisation to support funding proposals and arranging equipment and materials for meetings and staff.

 

The Operations Assistant will also support the administration of the Development Board. This is an exciting opportunity to work with all sectors of the National Theatre's Development team: Corporates, Trusts & Foundations, and Individuals.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise and work accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels.
  • Good team working skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
