We are looking for a Digital Archives Coordinator to join the National Theatre Archives Team.

Working as part of a three person digital team within the wider National Theatre Archive, you will play a key role in the effective planning, management and delivery of the National Theatre’s digital preservation programme, working from the initial transfer of records into our custody, through their ingest and curation in our digital preservation solution (Preservica) and their subsequent sharing, re-use and dissemination to both colleagues and the different research communities we serve.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Confidence in using complex software products.
  • Experience of working with library, archive or museum collections, or with large volumes of digital assets in another context.
  • Knowledge of digital preservation concepts and processes 
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven delivery to deadlines 
  • Ability to use own initiative, showing a proactive approach to work
