We are looking for a Digital Data and Insights Lead to join the National Theatre Digital Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

The Digital Data & Insights Lead provides analysis, reporting and actionable insights across the National Theatre’s digital products, setting up a more fully fledged digital reporting function for the organisation.

The role will leverage data to provide insights that deliver against business goals as well as opportunities to deliver broader awareness and deeper engagement across UK and international audiences.

The Digital Data & Insights Lead will work closely with the Deputy Director, Digital Products to deliver against a roadmap for growth.  Working with teams across the department to identify data needs, they bring statistical techniques, data methodologies and business acumen to drive data-driven decision making and actionable insights to meet the goals and ambitions of the Digital Strategy.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Substantial experience working with data and audiences with a deep understanding of data analysis methodologies, ideally from a streaming background

  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured data sets

  • Experience using a range of different research tools (e.g. Qualtrics, GWI, Nielsen, Survey Monkey etc)

  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools

  • Experienced with taking information from many different sources, structuring, visualising, and communicating out to multiple stakeholders.
