We are looking for an Evaluation and Impact Coordinator to join the National Theatre Learning and National Partnerships Team on a 7 Month Fixed Term Contract.

 

This role will support two key areas of the Learning department’s output: evaluation and impact reporting as well as administration. The post holder will be a member of the Learning Operations Team which supports output across all Learning & National Partnership programmes.

 

This role will provide coordination for the evaluation and impact reporting function of the NT Learning department. Working closely with the Learning Operations team, Learning Senior Management and collaborating with the Data Studio and Development, the post will collect, analyse and coordinate data and insights across qualitative, quantitative, statistical, and administrative fields. The work produced in this role will help implement methodologies and measure the department’s impact against our Theory of Change evaluation model.

 

The role will also support administrative processes for the department and will be key in maintaining the smooth running of existing systems. The work produced in this role will help facilitate efficient delivery of Learning programmes, as well as feed into broader reporting systems the department works to.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with large quantities of data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to deal confidently and positively with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds, in writing, face-to-face and over the telephone
  • The ability to prioritise tasks within competing work demands
  • Experience of using database packages
