We are looking for a Facilities Helpdesk and Administration Support to join the National Theatre Facilities Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The purpose of this role is to provide an office presence for our internal Helpdesk, channelling requests for repairs or improvements to the building to the appropriate team, or team member, using MRI Evolution (formerly Concept Evolution). This is a customer-facing position and the first point of contact for the Facilities Department and requires experience from previous customer service roles.
The role will include providing cover for the Facilities Administrator and Contracts Coordinator for approximately eight hours per week, but this may increase from time to time.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience of managing a CAFM software in a Helpdesk or similar role.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Customer service skills with the ability to engage with people in an open and supportive manner with experience of responding to customer related queries in a methodical way
- Substantial experience of working within busy office environments with ability to maintain focus on tasks
- Experience of working in a team and supporting a team
