We are looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join the National Theatre Communications Team.
The Head of Internal Communications will be the strategic and tactical lead of all internal communications activity across the organisation, developing and delivering an internal communications strategy that supports the NT's organisational objectives. Working alongside the Director of Communications, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organisation to lead, develop, implement, and support a variety of activity, ensuring colleagues receive communications in a timely and effective manner that supports our engagement across the whole organisation.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Extensive experience in internal communications, internal culture building and change management with demonstrable success.
- Previous experience in building and implementing an internal communications strategy.
- Prior experience of providing strategic advice to Executive and Senior Leaders and presenting to them on a regular basis.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing effective internal communications plans for a large complex organisation which deliver impact across multiple channels.
- Excellent internal stakeholder engagement with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation.
