We are recruiting for a Head of NT at Home, to join the Digital Media Department.
The Digital Media department currently delivers the National Theatre Live cinema programme, the National Theatre at Home consumer streaming platform and the National Theatre Collection platform for schools, colleges, universities, and libraries. The National Theatre aims to continue to grow digital reach and revenue and, linked with our strategic and business plan, we are exploring further opportunities to further these objectives.
This role will develop and execute the growth strategy, delivering impactful digital and marketing strategies to effectively acquire, activate and retain subscriptions to meet organisational objectives stemming from the NT’s new business plan.
This role will also ensure the continued growth and success of NT at Home, having responsibility for product evolution and development, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and develops with the NT’s ambitions. Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing this role will support maximising the customer lifetime value.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience managing an SVOD/OTT platform delivering subscription growth. Strong understanding of and experience within the OTT and D2C media environment.
- Substantial experience of creating and delivering innovative B2C and B2B marketing and engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to running complex marketing campaigns aligning audience development objectives with commercial targets
- Proven track record of delivering a successful growth marketing strategy.
- Substantial experience working collaboratively with Social and CRM on strategy and delivery.
