We are looking for an International Distribution Officer to join the National Theatre's NT Live team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the event cinema industry, where stage meets screen. The International Sales Officer supports the delivery of National Theatre Live’s global sales and distribution activity, working closely with the International Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations across all international territories.
The role assists in maintaining relationships with distribution partners and venues, coordinating the delivery of content and assets, updating databases, and providing administrative and logistical support throughout the sales cycle.
By monitoring market activity and supporting marketing and finance processes, the International Sales Officer helps ensure screenings run efficiently and partners receive a high level of service. This role is key to the day-to-day functioning of the international distribution team and contributes to the continued growth and reach of National Theatre Live’s global presence.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Some experience or demonstrable knowledge of UK film sales and distribution
- Strong attention to detail including providing accurate reports and information to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting, pitching and negotiating
- Good knowledge of theatre or event cinema industries
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook) and demonstrable ability to learn new systems quickly
