We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the National Theatre.

 

The Marketing Department provides marketing and sales support for almost all areas of the National Theatre, including performance and events on the South Bank, cinema broadcasts, learning initiatives, digital products, publishing, restaurants and retail.

 

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the administration of the department – and specifically to provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Sales . You will also develop an awareness and understanding of other National Theatre activities such as Access, Backstage Tours, Bookshops, Commercial Operations, Development, Exhibitions, Costume & Props Hires and Learning.

 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • An enthusiasm for theatre, or the performing arts.
  • Previous administration experience (such as processing invoices and maintaining filing systems)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to support others in the department, for example, with diary management
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to deal confidently and positively with people at all levels, both face to face, over email and phone.
