We are looking for a Membership Administrator to join the National Theatre Development Team.

 

The purpose of the role

 

The Memberships Administrator will support the Individual Giving team in providing the best possible experience for all our members, through dedicated customer service, efficient administration, and inspiring content creation across membership communications.

 

This role requires effective collaboration with colleagues in the Development team and across the National Theatre, creativity in developing stewardship communications, and a keen eye for detail and consistency.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Demonstrable customer service experience in a cultural organisation or visitor attraction
  • Ability to deal confidently with people at all levels, face to face, over email and over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation
  • Good writing style and proven word-processing skills
  • Knowledge and experience of using spreadsheets
