We are looking for a Memberships Administrator and a Patrons Administrator to join the National Theatre's Development team.
Both roles are an opportunity to join the Individual Giving team, which raises money to support the National Theatre from individuals through tiered levels of membership (£84 - £12,000), appeals, one-off donations and legacies.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are shortlisted you will be considered for either vacancy during the first round of interviews. If you are shortlisted for a further interview, the panel will let you know which vacancy they would like to interview you for. If you have a preference for either role, please indicate this in your cover letter.
The Memberships Administrator will be responsible for supporting our lower-level members (£84-£600), assisting with the delivery of member benefits such as priority booking periods, handling database tasks including our Direct Debit processes, and creating content for our members webpage and printed newsletter.

The Patrons Administrator will be responsible for supporting our Patrons programme (£1,000+), providing concierge booking for supporters, processing income on the database, producing supporter communications and supporting with the administration of events.

The successful candidates will have the following:
Varied experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to deal confidently with people at all levels, in person, over email and over the phone
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
Good writing style and proven word-processing skills
Knowledge and experience of a database or ticketing system.
