We are looking for a People Advisor to join our People Team.
The People team look after over 900 National Theatre employees. We pride ourselves on providing a customer-focused, flexible, and supportive People Directorate service to the National Theatre.
The job role will require working collaboratively across the wider People team to develop and maintain an excellent People service. You will provide an effective, efficient, and professional People service to the National Theatre. You will use your knowledge of employment legislation and best practice to advise on a range of HR issues and you will be able to lead and contribute to HR policies and projects.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- People Advisor experience in a team supporting the full employee life cycle - key areas including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policies, procedures, and thorough knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Experience in working alongside administrative employees in a senior capacity, with a supportive and developmental approach
- Demonstrable experience using a HR People Management System
- Good planning and organisational skills with experience of working to a deadline, and prioritising a varied workload
- Ability to create, interpret, and present People Data to enable effective decision making
