We are looking for a Programming Contracts Coordinator to join the National Theatre Digital Team.

Reporting to the Assistant Producer the purpose of this role is to support the Programming Team within the Digital Department.

The Programming Team curate and finalise programming for filming and distribution of productions across cinema, streaming and television. They are the first point of contact and manage relationships with Producers, Artists and all Rightsholders; securing rights and ensuring payment of fees and royalties.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal calmly, confidently and personably with people at all levels over the phone, via email and in person

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and experience of proofreading documentation.

  • Strong time-management skills including the ability to prioritise in a busy and changeable working environment.

  • Experience in contract drafting and administration

  • Excellent complex administration skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook in particular).
