We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the National Theatre Estates Capital Projects Team.

 

The purpose of the role

 

This role will support the Estates Capital Projects team in co-ordinating the planning and on-site delivery of Estates capital and infrastructure projects for the National Theatre, whilst ensuring that the projects have minimal impact on day to day operations.  Projects may include, but are not restricted to, construction, infrastructure, fit out, decant and associated on-site and company logistics. 

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly via written emails and in person with all levels in a professional and friendly manner. 

  • Experience of capital projects, or equivalent project experience.

  • An appetite and aptitude to understand and absorb complex concepts.

  • Flexible, agile and analytical approach such as ability to adapt the changing situations and respond accordingly.

  • Good planning and methodical approach and the ability to manage a workload with varying deadlines
