We are looking for a Resourcing Manager to join our People Department.
The People Department at the National Theatre is at an exciting point in its history as it grows the team in support of its work to make theatre that entertains and inspires. We have a number of opportunities to join the team and be part of the next chapter in our development.
The Resourcing Manager's role is to provide a fully inclusive resourcing service to hiring managers and deliver a positive and responsive application and onboarding experience for all candidates who apply for a vacancy at the National Theatre.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- CIPD Level 5 Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of delivering a modern and inclusive recruitment practice that is underpinned by knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion best practice.
- Proven experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems, including a comprehensive understanding of the user-end.
- Knowledge of onboarding requirements, including Disclosure and Barring checks.
- Knowledge of regulations and UK employment law impacting talent acquisition and onboarding.
