We are looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join the National Theatre Press Team.

 

The purpose of the role

 

As the NT adopts our new Entertain and Inspire strategy, our corporate storytelling and reputation have never been more important. The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will play a key role in the Communications team in devising and implementing a corporate communications strategy for the National Theatre.

 

You will play an important part in positively raising the profile of the NT whilst at all times managing reputation on behalf of the organisation. The corporate communications strategy will include brand recognition, reputation management and global positioning for the NT. This new role will allow us to implement integrated corporate communications alongside specific PR campaigns which enhance reputation and drive forward the organisation’s strategic aims.

 

You will work as part of the Press team within the Communications department headed up by the Director of Communications.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Substantial senior level corporate communications experience within a relevant environment.
  • Significant experience in delivering and overseeing creative and high impact strategic communications campaigns
  • To have developed extensive national and international press contacts across a wide range of media
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal confidently, diplomatically and discreetly with all levels of the media, creative teams and the public
  • Experience of reputation management in an organisation with a well-established public profile
