We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the National Theatre Data and Insights Team.
We are excited to announce the expansion of the Data and Insights team at the National Theatre. As a key member of this central team, the Senior Data Engineer will be tasked with developing an integrated data ecosystem that fully harnesses our data's potential, empowering customer and business decisions. In this role, you will develop and maintain data pipelines to facilitate deeper analysis and reporting and dedicated to evolving our data architecture as we embark on our next growth journey. As an experienced Data Engineer, you will be at the forefront of data innovation which will enable advanced statistical models and AI use cases across various functions, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class theatre experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable data solutions, with expertise in modern data engineering tools.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Substantial experience in data engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python & SQL
- Experience working with various storage formats including Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
- Familiarity with data integration tools and API development
- Expertise in designing and optimizing ETL processes
