We are looking for a Senior Digital Manager, NT at Home to join the National Theatre Digital Team.
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the delivery of the ambitious growth strategy for National Theatre at Home, having responsibility for driving acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across marketing and product, to drive audience and brand growth.
The role reports to the Head of National Theatre at Home, supporting the strategic delivery as well as reviewing and setting the roadmap against KPIs, and managing a team of two marketers. The role works collaboratively with Data, Programming and content teams across the NT and will play a key role in developing new and innovative ways to bring streamed theatre to new global audiences.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Extensive marketing campaign experience, ideally within the subscription or entertainment sectors.
Experience in and understanding of brand, creative, audience development and advertising landscape.
Extensive experience working on digital product/platform brands.
Experience of delivering against KPIs, from revenue and LTV to social media performance.
Experience of personnel management in previous roles.
