We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join the National Theatre Marketing Team.

Reporting to the Senior Social Media and Content Manager, the role’s primary responsibility is the creation and delivery of social media posts across our social media profiles. These include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X.com, Bluesky and LinkedIn.

The role will also support the South Bank Marketing team with grassroots audience outreach and engagement, inviting under-represented community groups to our shows and managing their ticket bookings.

The role will also work closely with the South Bank Marketing Coordinator to plan and manage the creation of our printed What’s On Guide, working with teams from across the building to ensure information is supplied in good time to meet our print deadlines.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

 

  • A passion for Social Media, and the ever-evolving digital landscape. 
  • Good understanding of writing effective marketing copy. 
  • Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work demands to meet deadlines.  
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
