We are looking for a Support Services Logistics Manager to join the National Theatre Support Services Team.

 

The purpose of the role

 

The Logistics manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Support Services operations. This includes effective contract management, leading and developing a high-performing team, driving process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the organisation.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Previous experience in Logistics and contract management with a demonstrable understanding of staff management, training and development.

  • Proven track record of carrying out risk assessments and implementing safety controls.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role .

  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Teams, advanced use of Excel) and the ability to produce accurate work.  

  • The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach to providing an efficient and effective service at all times.
