We are looking for a Support Services Operations Manager to join the National Theatre Support Services Team.

 

The purpose of the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Support Services operations. This includes effective contract management, leading and developing a high-performing team, driving process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the organisation.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Strong safety knowledge with a proven track record of carrying out risk assessments and implementing safety controls.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Teams, advanced use of Excel) and the ability to produce accurate work.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent, confident communication skills.
