We are looking for a Ticketing Assistant to join the National Theatre Productions Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales & Ticketing and responsible for helping to maximise ticket sales and revenue through the effective management of ticket inventory and pricing, including management of NT allocations for productions in the West End.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Knowledge of the West End Theatre market, and/or other relevant theatre ticketing experience.
- Experience with Tessitura, or other Box Office ticketing systems.
- Experience of ticketing, sales and Box Office related activities, including set up of new shows, pricing and allocations
- Highly numerically literate, with experience analysing sales data, sales reporting, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
