We are looking for a Young People's Programme Administrator to join the National Theatre Learning Team.
The purpose of this role is to act as the central administrative point for the Young People’s Programme, working across Connections, New Views, and Young People’s projects running at the National Theatre.
The administrator is based in the NT’s Learning department. The role is focused on Young People’s Programme but work with the wider Learning team is required for the operation of the programme and the wider development of youth led work at the NT.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Solid administrative experience in a professional arts organisation, including previous experience of raising POs and invoices, and scheduling and minuting meetings.
- IT skills including using Outlook, Word and Excel; Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal confidently and positively with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds in writing, face-to-face and over the phone.
- Some knowledge of the Secondary education sector.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
