We are looking for a Bookshop Supervisor to join our Enterprises Team at the National Theatre.
We want visitors to experience an exceptional public welcome and a distinctive offer that makes the National Theatre a destination for more than theatre, whilst reflecting the same qualities of excellence and variety seen in the work on the stage.
The Enterprises division includes all onsite commercial visitor facing businesses, commercial events, and the front of house visitor experience and operations teams. We place equal emphasis on the visitor experience and driving financial performance to deliver maximum net contribution to the National Theatre, playing a crucial part in helping to fund its mission and core work.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Evidence of supervising a team in a busy retail environment
- Evidence of delivering impeccable personalised customer service
- Evidence of motivating a team to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge and passion for theatre and books
- Evidence of working independently and self motivation
