We are looking for a Box Office Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to join the National Theatre Box Office Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This role will now be closing on Friday 18th October at 5:00pm due to high levels of interest. Therefore please submit all applications before this time to avoid disappointment.

 

A strong customer focus is important as you will need to provide excellent service to our visitors. Actively promoting the NT’s facilities and attractions to our customers, you will engage with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds. They’ll expect the very best from you and so do we.

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service role
  • Proven experience of greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and resolving customer interactions with a calm and confident approach.
  • Accurate computer keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft packages (Word and Outlook)
  • Experience of working in a team and sharing responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally (by phone and in person) and written when engaging with internal and external stakeholders and customers
