We are looking for a Corporate Development Administrator to join our Development team.
The Development Department is the fundraising function of the National Theatre. Its aim is to raise essential funds for the theatre from individuals, corporations and charitable trusts and foundations to enable the Theatre to carry out its mission and plan for the future.
The Corporate Development team secures and manages corporate memberships and corporate partnerships, such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, American Express, Bank of America and Sky Arts.
The team of eight has an annual target of over £4m and also manages in-kind partnerships to support many areas of the National’s work, as well as digital partnerships and memberships focused on our digital streaming service, National Theatre at Home.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Good experience in an office administration role providing support to a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Exemplary customer service skills in a busy environment and dealing positively with stakeholders to support their needs.
- Highly literate and numerate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office as well as customer database tools (for example Tessitura or similar).
- An interest in theatre and/or the arts.
- An understanding of the functionality and needs of a Development department.
