We are looking for a Programming Contracts Coordinator (Projects) to join the National Theatre Digital Team on a 5 Month Part Time Fixed Term Contract.
The purpose of this role is to offer fixed-term support to the NT Digital Programming team who manage rights clearance and corresponding paperwork across the NT’s digital distribution platforms: NT Live, NT at Home, and NT Collection. Specifically, the post holder will provide administrative support for a project to issue new agreements for rightsholders on titles on the NT at Home platform.
The role will involve utilising administrative software, embracing the team's processes and systems, and confidently communicating with internal and external stakeholders to move the project forward at pace.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience in contract drafting and administration.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and experience of proofreading documentation.
Strong time-management skills including the ability to prioritise in a busy and changeable working environment.
Excellent and demonstratable complex administration skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and an ability to adapt and learn new systems.
Proven team-working skills and ability to support and collaborate with team members.
