We are looking for a Speak up Administrator to work in our Learning Department.
The purpose of this role is to act as the central administrator for the Speak Up programme, working closely with the National Theatre Speak Up Project Manager, Coordinator and Creative Associate.
Speak Up is a new secondary school programme that aims to inspire a movement of young people, who want to speak up about the issues that matter to them – in their schools, their communities and nationally. Young people will work collaboratively with their teachers, artists, local arts organisations and the National Theatre to make local artworks and creative projects.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Solid administrative experience in a professional organisation, including previous experience of booking travel, raising PO’s and invoices, scheduling meetings
Experience of working and communicating with schools and teachers
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks within competing work demands and to meet deadlines
Experience working in an arts organisation including museum and heritage sector
Ability to work well as part of a team
