We are looking for a Senior Coordinator to join the National Theatre Theatreworks team.

The Senior Coordinator plays a key role in the effective planning, management and delivery of the National Theatre’s Theatreworks programme. The Senior Coordinator also supports the strategic and creative development of all training courses, working closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the continuing success of a distinctive and high-quality programme for clients.

Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying prospective clients, actively pursuing sales targets and optimising revenue generation from our existing customers. You will also provide social media support ensuring all communications align with our established brand guidelines whilst being responsible for the comprehensive administration of bookings and the meticulous execution of sales processes, guaranteeing a seamless client experience from initial contact to completion.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  1. Experience of working within a theatre/arts organisation and experience of arts-based training.
  2. Excellent administrative and organisational skills including a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise task within competing work demands and meet deadlines
  3. Proficient in IT Skills including using databases, Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom and or Teams, with good literacy and numerical skills
  4. Good experience of event coordination and administration (for both in person and online events)
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of communicating with a wide range of people with the ability to motivate and engage key stakeholders – including corporate partners, NT colleagues and sector partners
  6. Experience of producing marketing communications such as newsletters and social media posts
