We are looking for a Producing Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join the National Theatre Producing and Planning Team.
The purpose of this role is to support all actors, musicians and creatives travel, accommodation, visas, expenses etc and co-ordinating this across producing, casting, music, stage management, company administration and the New Work Department. You will also be working closely with the Company Administration Manager, Company and Music Coordinator, Producers and Producing Coordinator and Planning and Producing Coordinator to support all visiting artists. As well as this, you will be required to provide additional support to the Company Administration Manager and deputise for the Company and Music Coordinator as required.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong office administration experience gained in a busy environment, preferably in the theatre/creative sector.
- Confidence in working with artists and creatives, preferably with experience of working with artists and creatives in a previous role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of implementing and streamlining administrative processes.
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise way.
