We are looking for a Site Coordinator to join the National Theatre Estates Team on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026.
This is a new role within the Estates team and will support us to deliver a huge range of building and infrastructure projects across our site. The role will be a mixture of hands on, practical tasks, alongside the planning and organising of logistics. The role works closely with the Estates Capital Projects team and internal stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered smoothly without adversely impacting day to day operations, in particular rehearsals and performances.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly with a wide range of people
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Strong problem solving skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and respond accordingly.
